Terroir
North-facing; altitude around 300 m; red clay with flint and Eocene clay
Vineyard Practices
Certified organic viticulture by Ecocert. Mechanical soil work, organic fertilization, sowing of cover crops, and use of plant extracts for phytosanitary protection. Blend of old and young vines. Harvested on September 1st and 29th.
Harvest
Between late August and mid-September. Yield under 20 hl/ha
Vinification
60% Cinsault, 40% Syrah. Direct and slow pressing in a pneumatic press. Cold static settling. Fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. Aged 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting
Color: pale pink. Nose: airy, with red berries and white flowers. Palate: fresh and mouthwatering, with vibrant fruit.
Alc: 12%
