Château de Mille, the oldest wine estate in the Luberon, spans about a hundred hectares, including 25 hectares of vineyards, between Apt and Bonnieux. Its new owners, Constance and Lawrence Slaughter, converted the vineyard to organic farming in 2018. They have undertaken an extensive viticultural and winemaking restructuring program, alongside the restoration of the château: 'By taking over Château de Mille, we have become the temporary guardians of a natural and cultural heritage.'
