Viticulture
Certified Organic by Ecocert; Carignan 60 years old; organic fertilizers; biodynamic preparations; promotion of biodiversity and enrichment of the microbiome.
Harvest
From mid to late September.
Vinification
Blend: 50% Carignan, 50% Syrah
Carignan: 50% destemmed, maceration for 5 days. Syrah: whole clusters, 15-day maceration in concrete vats. Indigenous yeasts. Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel. Minimal sulfites, well below biodynamic standards.
Tasting Notes
Ruby-violet color.
Generous nose of crunchy red fruits, raspberry, with vegetal fruity notes expressing whole-cluster vinification. Light, fresh, and zesty palate.

Roast poultry, tapas, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, pasta with pistou, or small goat cheeses.
